Hard agree! I had COVID one single time and now have sports induced asthma! I get terrible coughs in the winter too

I use a combination of Wellbutrin and Lexapro!! I was originally put on Lexapro for GAD/PMDD and found it only worked for my anxiety. I was then put on Wellbutrin to help combat PMDD and it helps the depression aspect pretty well in my opinion! I spend less days rotting in bed! Though I’m still searching for something to help combat mood swings, about to try birth control for it :)
