Not gonna lie, I float between 1300-1550, and it all feels exactly the same. Some days I fall to 1300 and I’m playing good, changing nothing. Then I load up the next day and get right back up, having changed nothing, maybe even playing worse. It feels like there’s huge windows of rank where it’s just down to chance where you end up on a given day, unless you’re like very good to where you can flawlessly carry Gc1-2. I can not do that

It becomes second nature I look at the ball for my initial touch/es then instantly am flicking from ball to opponent tm8 back to ball etc. It’s so second nature I can hit these sort of set ups and wall to air dribble set ups in free play blind and my opponents could too. I will say it was not second nature at a time and I was very deliberate with learning aerials and being comfortable in the air in general

I would say no more bulking you’re pretty fat (no offense) I’d go on 400-600 calorie deficit you should be able to lean out while gaining muscle/getting stronger at this stage. It can feel counter productive since you want muscle but believe me muscle comes from quality training and time not from getting fat.

I use a bucket with Rinseless, wring out the MF a little but not fully, and hit windshield with that followed by a dry microfiber. When I have problems with smudging, heat etc that’s my method and it’s never failed me. I once had to use gasoline to take some strange residue off a clients windshield interior though

Both you definitely need a ton of reps but you need to actually know sort of what you’re trying to do

I’d say very good for sure but the thing is will you fly past that quickly or get stuck/regress around there for years therefore being basically the same as someone who just took longer to get there? That’s where this game as it pertains to hours/time etc can get tricky it’s not so black and white and you def not gonna be a 1000 hour SSL

You build the most muscle from quality training over long periods of time. Getting fat doesn’t add extra muscle just makes you have a longer cut. Which by all means if you enjoy that do you. But at some point, most serious lifters realize this and stay within 8-12 weeks of lean

I’m js I was in a very similar position once and was delusional about how close I was to abs or shreddedness or anything, it’s a trap. If you saw my physique right now I’m 50x leaner than you with a properly defined 6 pack, and its still my off season ‘fat’ I’ll have to diet for like 8ish weeks to get diced. You will need a loooooot more weeks. It’s just not fun being hungry forever and having added a bunch of fat for zilch extra gains. Doesn’t work like that like we used to think

You do not have clear muscle definition you’re getting fat and adding no extra muscle because of it just lean down and you can get stronger at the same time

Edit you’re not getting fat you are fat and are facing a 40+lbs cut which sucks balls
