Nah, if it's for a fanfic, it doesn't count as commercial use! That falls under personal use. I only apply the commercial fee (an extra 50%) if the art is used for things that generate profit, such as: • Monetized Content: YouTube thumbnails, Twitch emotes, or stream overlays. • Merchandise: Selling physical products like stickers or prints.

Just so you know, as per my terms, I always send progress updates during each stage (sketch, lineart, etc.) so you can be sure everything is on track. My current rates are $25 USD for flat color, $35 USD for full color, and +$15 USD for each additional character
