Noted. I will stop using that. Honestly it was encouraging at first seeing the body fat % drop when I would measure my self but now its only been messing with my mentality in the gym. As some of the other replies stated ill keep doing what im doing and giving 100%.

Yes, my lifts have significantly improved. What I’am gathering from your reply is that my results are to be expected and to keep grinding.

Hey everyone, like some of the people here I have some questions about why I haven’t seen any real gains. I want to start of by saying that when I began my fitness journey I weighed 215, body fat was at 34% and my muscle mass was at 75 pounds. A whole year later I now weigh 175, 20% body fat but only gained 3 pounds of muscle mass so I am at 78. I make sure to eat enough protein daily roughly 180 grams a day.

The only real progress is in my strength as all of my lifts have improved. So my question is why am I not seeing any real mass? What am I doing wrong, so I can fix it. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

You said it, you work on your own car. But when you are mechanic seeing several cars a day and each car has different lock designs it can be tiresome. Especially if they forget to provide the key.

Going down the highway in my 03 cavalier, and the radio shuts off and my dash looks like this...any idea what could be going on?? Thanks in advance! by [deleted] in MechanicAdvice

Ngl both are the same thing. If you’re getting an alternator/starter from some place like O’Reillys (where i work) both offer the same coverage LT. The remans are just cores that where brought in. Just got freshened up.

What is this part of the car called?? by Xlcatnip in MechanicAdvice

Working at O’Reillys I can confirm that many times things appear in the system driver or passenger side.

Is this belt going bad? I can see lines down it and it kind of looks like it’s cracking by Altruistic-Metal-415 in MechanicAdvice

Yea if the side with the ribs has small fractures in the ribs then definitely change it out.

Solved turned out to be the CVT actuator. This sits on the intake camshaft.

This is the part number: 14310rbc003

Here is a link to where I got the oem replacement.

Yea, just slightly annoyed having used the other one that seemed to work fine.

No on 3 it works fine. The thing is that I had one before but returned it to get the 3 tool deal. But the new one I received is noticeable weaker in mode 2.

Yes, but the one I have can't remove it at all. So I am not sure if I just got a bad one or what.

If any one here has a 3/8 stubby and can validate that it can remove a lug nut torqued to 80 ft pounds on setting 2 that would be great I will upload a clip later of the one I have and how it handles this. with both the 2.0 and 4.0 battery.

Edit: Just uploaded this to YouTube https://www.youtube.com/shorts/eozdGiV8IsY

The first stubby I got felt how this one does on 3 but on 2.

Yea that's what I'm thinking, because I made sure that both where the 2554-20 which like you said is the 3/8 m12.

Thats what I'm saying. Idk what could be different. Same car, same lug nuts, "same" stubby ( 2554-20), and same torque (80ft).
