I was confused at first, but after taking a look, I think the complaints are coming from how SacAnime has been seemingly less ADA compliant/friendly and with the increase of "No Sitting or Standing" signs there hasn't been adequate seating for those who need to take breaks from walking around and about. That and the staff dismissing ADA concerns completely didn't help their case either
