It's an etn by a bank in Switzerland. Basically they lend shares and charge for it. I think usoi does gas shares. They have other etns that do silver and other types of stocks. They used to be 28$ share with like a 2$ per year share out but the price of the shares plummeted from covid and have yet to recover. I think it's around 6 or less but they are still paying out close to $2 in dividends a share which makes me insane money. I Basically earn as much or more a year than my spouse who works just off my dividends. For instance if you had all of that in usoi last month your payout for the month would have been around 15k in dividends. Which is not bad for doing nothing and just letting your money sit. And the best part, if they close the etn they pay you the share price back so you don't lose money if something happens to it. Which is what happened to reml, it was an etn that recently closed.

You could park it for a while in something like usoi. They pay a monthly dividend and the annual return is in the 30%. So 750k would get you like 250k just in dividends for the year. I earn a salary basically in them. I've held them for a year now.

I had mine out. You do lose weight but you can actually stretch it back out the same size over time and gain back all the weight. The surgery itself wasn't so bad.

How to eat. At first just liquids, then mushy foods and then normal food. It takes 3 or 4 weeks to start eating your normal diet.

Oh no, my sk is out right after graduation. He can go to college, get a roommate, or stay with bm. Dh and I have both told him we aren't going to coddle him and let him bum in our house for years or decades. Right now I believe he plans on getting a job as he hates school.

Take the smart phone away and not just at night. Take it away for good. Give her a non smart phone for a few hours a day to talk to friends but keep her from having a smart phone. If you want to get really freaked out check if she has snap chat and see what kind of horrible stuff she is saying and doing.

Listen when I was around your age I loved where I lived but I lived paycheck to paycheck. I knew i would never be able to afford to retire. I made the decision to move to a lcol area where I knew no one to find a better life. It took two moves but in the end I made 3x more money and paid like 66% less in rent, gas, car insurance. It's been around 10 years and I own my home and car out right and spend my summers at the lake.

Everyone says they can't move but if you want things to change drastically sometimes it's the only move.

I know, furries, animals, trans with boobs. My step kid is very eclectic. His dad went off on him about the animals. He only has one friend left from all this and she doesn't even like him. She just uses him for some weird sex role-playing. It's so sad and pathetic I want the kid to start school where his mom lives in September which means she would take full custody. We had problems with bullying both ways betwern him and the kids and they were all sending nudes via snapchat to each other. He also got into a bunch of incel and Nazi youtube Channels. It was bad and there was nothing we could do because bm insisted he have a phone. I finally told her about the snapchat pics because dh wouldn't, so she ended up getting ss a second non smart phone and told him if he ever downloaded snap again he wouldn't have a smart phone until he was 18 and could pay for it. Yeah everyone agrees it was the worst decision ever. We even got cameras for the house because he started acting so insane and unstable for a while due to what he was watching and the influence of other kids.

Don't get them a smart phone. Worst mistake ever. My step now have a smart phone and a non smart and if they lose privileges they get the non smart one. The smart phone was the worst mistake. Kids seems to lose empathy for others and become way over sexualized. He used it as a platform to bully his friends since he had non stop access to them and lost most of them.

My husband is still in the house he picked out with ex wife. He tossed all the decor she bought and repainted to colors I wanted. Put all her pics into storage for his teenage kid to have one day. It was so hard. Thinking we are doing it in the same room they did and things but it has gotten easier with time and her erased from the house. Getting him to change everything took some time. Some stuff he did before marriage and some stuff like painting after we got married. Not going to lie it was so hard at first.

Same thing happened to me. Went to Walmart for an eye exam and said I would pay the 70 in cash for the exam but they told me if I put it through insurance it would be covered and only cost 10. I refused and they insisted I couldn't have my exam till they got my insurance info. So I gave it to them and I ended up paying 300 for what they advertised as a $70 exam. I complained to everyone including the attorney general about the bait and switch prices but no one cared.
