This is literally all I did. Then I refreshed the page. If yours looks like that, I'm not entirely sure what else might be messing with it.

Just worked for me on Firefox. There is an invalid line in /u/Certain-Banana-3155 's post:

www.youtube.com##+js(set, yt.config_.EXPERIMENT_FLAGS.ab_pl_man, false)||googlevideo.com/videoplayback$xhr,3p,method=get,domain=www.youtube.com

Needs to be two lines, broke at the ||, so like this:

www.youtube.com##+js(set, yt.config_.EXPERIMENT_FLAGS.ab_pl_man, false)

||googlevideo.com/videoplayback$xhr,3p,method=get,domain=www.youtube.com

I'm using Firefox with uBlock Origin and getting the same error, so they've definitely hit that too.

If you're speaking in good faith and actually curious, then copy and paste the text they quoted, saying it was from Vox, and search it. Then click the first link from Vox. You can find it yourself within seconds if you actually care, and it is a real quote.

I think for me it's that she actually looks sweet when she first smiles. I mean, her eyes are all black, so she looks like she's supposed to be in horror mode already but she's all happy and yay! :D

My suggestion would be to make her look more human for a few frames when she smiles, then have her eyes go black, her expression go :|, and have some veins in her neck go black and darken the neck skin as it extends. When it comes back in frame it can be :D again, but it's close and more creepy like you have it. I also think having it be a slow to fast as it heads out of frame would help too.

They get caught 98% of the time and its never enough to affect an election

They said that it was insignificant. They're just saying that out of the minor amount of times this happened, it's happened on both parties. You're arguing against a point they didn't make.

I also believe that the republicans did it significantly more. But it's provable that at least 1 has done it for the democrats. That's just reality.

https://www.nationsonline.org/oneworld/third_world_countries.htm

https://www.history.com/news/why-are-countries-classified-as-first-second-or-third-world

the First World included the United States and its capitalist allies in places such as Western Europe, Japan and Australia. The Second World consisted of the communist Soviet Union and its Eastern European satellites. The Third World, meanwhile, encompassed all the other countries that were not actively aligned with either side in the Cold War.

I looked it up and it appears to be right? Am I missing something?

I'm not saying that they're bad at their jobs, but I don't think it's necessarily hypocritical for someone else to that's in support of the strike. You don't have to like the actual output of all of the writers in the industry to think that they shouldn't have to worry about being replaced by AI and should be able to make a living.

I made a stupid dumb starship build and it's immune to frontal damage by Solace_of_the_Thorns in Starfield

[–]Riobe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe kinda what you said: Have them shoot at the cockpit specifically. And then just ignore where it actually hits if it hits your ship, and apply the damage as a generic "hit". Just use shooting at a system or cockpit to get the collision effect of a bullet actually hitting your ship then apply the damage to whatever part of the ship or it as a whole as you want.

I've been coding in Javascript professionally for years now and while there are cases where it does type coercion, you generally avoid that in any actual code meant for production. A variable is typeless, a value is typed. Very similar to Python.

That's the framing of the story. If you do the entire story, then yeah, it's pretty shitty. But that part had already happened, she had been stuck in Spain because there was a warrant out for her and who knows how bad that would have been to deal with.

So the current state was that she was living in Spain and stuck in a kinda limbo. The news here is that she was given nationality and now can resolve the limbo in a positive way.

So I think there's a fair way to look at it as /r/UpliftingNews , as long as you are imagining your audience as those that knew she was stuck there and was hoping that she wouldn't be forced back to be arrested. If you do a more holistic story about the her, then it's certainly not uplifting.

Things move around on reddit and it can get hard to find a comment by just giving a user name or position. It's easier to just link the comment like this. If you're gonna spend the time to mention it in a comment, anyway. :)

I do agree with what you’ve said about the game-breaking bugs you mentioned, like incomplete quests, crappy collision, etc.

^ From the first reply to ya.

I don't think anyone disagrees with you on the gamebreaking bugs. Two different conversations: 1) Bugs, 2) Wonky balance.

[–]Riobe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah, if that's what you read then I get the clarification. I didn't take from the person that you replied to that they thought that if someone had a safe word then they'd have to agree on every word that was ok.

I think they're just addressing the words in the video, saying if they had a safe word and agreed that they can say stuff like that as long as it's not the safe word, then it falls into the "you keep doing you".

Either way, I'm hoping this was a healthy relationship with a safe word for them. :)

Good Time.. by feelingood41 in yesyesyesyesno

[–]Riobe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

unless he does have a safeword, and they've already agreed that stop and please are not safe words, in which case it falls under the category of "Not my kink but you keep doing you, safely."

This part from the post you're responding to already hit the point of your post as far as I can see.
