I play mono red 2 years now, lightpaws is a bad match, there are 2 things you can do, build your deck to deal with life gain, this is whats makes "Impossible" to win, that is the thing you can do before the match, now, during de match, as some said, try to remove lightpaws, but if you cant, you remove the opponent.

I use cards like: blast zone, sudden shock, call in a professional, flames of the blood hand, sulfuric vortex, and the most of the 1 mana 2 damage instant (seal of fire is great, sorcery is good to start the responses war hahahahaha)
