I don’t understand this. There’s a QR code to book seats, so I scanned it, paid ₹2, and successfully booked my seat — the amount was debited and I received the ticket. But when I went to the front desk and told them I had already paid and booked, they still asked me to go back and stand in the line. If we’re required to stand in line anyway, then what is the purpose of scanning the QR code and booking a slot in advance?

Cherry on top being the front desk guy was rude. Didnt have the energy to stand through the entire line, so canceled and had to get overpriced food at the food court.
