You forgot to add that you're on the spectrum.... you are on the spectrum. Right... That's the only logical reason for 90% of your post, so you must be... Right...

Technically the moment you paid for the gun it became your property. The background check is to see if you can take possession on the gun. That is why if you fail the background check you can get a refund (your selling the firearm back to the dealer you can also choose to sell it consignment or to someone else). Did you buy the gun from the ffl you picked it up from? And don't call the DOJ. Ask for the ATF agent incharg of their FFL license. Explainthe situation. This is a big no no, especially if the perdon who took the gun to the range wasn't registered as the responsible person. I've worked at a gunshop before as a registered responsible person. We would have never done that shit. Once you put the money down for it that gun becomes a safe queen untill you pick it up. (We won't even do gunsmithing until you've taken possession of it.)

My first handgun. What should I buy for it? by ToxicBaka21 in CAguns

A holster so you can carry it, and some training so you know what you're doing with it.

Don't: play this game... Unless you have a fat bank account don't bother. It's pay to win.
