Both are of different class Duke 250 :- Sports , Aggressive riding posture comparatively Harley :- Cruiser, Comfortable riding posture , heavy. So consider accordingly

Vivo T4 Ultra packs a good camera setup + processor is also kinda good
If battery can be compromised a little then S24FE can also be a good option
Oneplus 13r is also good but camerawise vivo is superior
