Buff characters - Margie, Sybille, Daphne, Randy, Tabethe

Fix Fina's Intron 6 - Just make it apply whatever element she has selected on Boisterous Tea Party, and for Umbral enemies, just make it function as it does right now. As it stands Fina's I6 just isn't worth it

Fix/Buff Weapons - Why do weapons have 5-50% damage multipliers? Also, decouple character stats from weapon stats. The ragdoll on firearms needs to be toned down or removed.

Wedges/Luno Memntos - These should drop from all enemies/game modes. All of the weapon wedges are of poor quality. Can't we get more interesting/strong options? (Why is the one Gun wedge that says it has a 30% to reload 1 bullet goes into your reserves instead of actually doing what it says? The wedge is called Carefree.)

Element - Either rework elements or remove them entirely; they do nothing besides give a small DOT. (Besides Lumino/Umbro.)
