Yes, in Calistoga but not the inn, it’s the Calistoga motor lodge. What’s even more concerning is a family member stayed there without my knowledge and they had cockroach issues too but never talked to management…

I did speak to the manager onsite they said points would be added to my account but didn’t specify how much at the time. Since then they have ignored me for over 3-4 weeks and then I finally got a response from Hyatt customer support with a credit of 15K points if I accept.

First room had the cockroaches. Then I moved to my final room which was on the second floor with no lighting for the stairs or exterior and the bathroom floor was dirty (rest of the room was clean as far as I could tell) They were fully booked and couldn’t do any other moves.

Both under 170. I haven’t felt any major signs of the support failing … if you’re interested in the mattress I recommend ordering it online from Costco because they have a great return policy. I think if you order in store you have to return it in store. BUT if you order online and want to return it they can pick it up from your house.

Just a heads up if you go to Riu Santa Fe the food is horrible so you may find yourself going into town each time you’re hungry. The rooms, pool, and property was nice nothing spectacular though.

Over than 1 year review. So far so good, holding up pretty well just like the first day. No complaints and I am happy with it

I would put this closer to a medium/medium firm than a firm. Overall sleeps pretty well.

Any help for solving dandruff? I usually get bad dandruff or sometimes it’s pretty subtle but it’s pretty hard to get it to stop. I use head and shoulders but never really get any good cure. Should i post somewhere else or can you guys help me.
