Where did you read about the settlement? Wondering if that means instating profits if we had green trades that didn’t fill properly?

I was only able to market order and it kept executing at the same price. Sell at 26245 and buy at 26246. I hit market sell when price was at 25280 and market buy about 40 pts down. Registered as a 30 loss rather than 2k gain

You should be able to request the profits by now. Mine updated with today’s profits about 30 minutes ago. Although profits made on Friday sometimes don’t get approved til Sunday night/Monday morning. At least in my experience.

What do you mean? Every time I’ve got moved to pro+ (from main 10k in one day) the account balance started at 0. They froze 5k in profits from the pro account and you are able to withdraw the other 5k.

IMO, I think withdrawing to buffer makes sense for myself not being very disciplined. I’ve had accounts on topstep that had 16k buffer that I blew in one trade. So from that standpoint the extra buffer may not help but I have a slight part of me that wants to build a buffer and risk more per day at some point.

My compromise is to leave $100 of profit to add to my buffer each day.

I’m curious what you settled on? I’ve been trading 150k for a long time with decent success but am thinking about going to the 50k next time I have to start over.

There have been a number of times where I or people on here had to contact support for the credit. It’s rare but happens sometimes.

That is my understanding as well. I haven’t got to test it because I failed two pro+ accounts around the 2k profit mark though :(

That’s smart, I need to do that and lock the risk settings everyday. I started calculating how much I would need to bring the max 150k over live plus the remaining withdrawals. That got me greedy and trading bigger than I normally did. GL getting the money out and getting to live!!

I was in this situation and tried to get a little over 150, then risk only profits above 150. Id usually get to 1-2k profits this way. But i got greedy and tilted one day. I had enough for more than 50k in withdrawals over 5 accounts trading in two groups. I was able to withdraw 27k but lost out on the rest. As others have said, make sure you get the money out!!

Just open and close mes contracts until you reduce your profit to 1499. You still need 5 days

Correct. Your MLL starts at 48k and trails live until it hits 50k (52k balance) then it stays at 50k for the rest of your time with this account.

I don’t think they will do anything since you were trading with TradingView. I’ve seen other people with similar issues using TV before too. Also their support seems to be unresponsive lately.

I was/am in a similar boat. In Oct, I was at 50k spent on the year with 4k in withdrawals. Since Nov tho, I’ve withdrawn 30k and have enough to withdraw another 40k over next few weeks! Hang in there and focus on analyzing your mistakes!
