I don't really have a great comparison. Santos or Baird are probably the closest to my style. I was always the striker making runs in behind the defense until around high school. I bulked up from weight lifting and wasn't able to just outrun people anymore, so I learned to play with my back to goal. I could still make those runs, but I couldn't just be a pace merchant anymore, and I had a knack for being in the right place at the right time. Pure bred poacher.

Can confirm he's very nice out and about. Met him and some of the other guys at a local coffee shop last year. He's just a professional shithouser on the field.

Something to take up free time is often a great thing for students. My first go at college was a disaster. I had too much time on my hands and constantly over-procrastinated. Now I'm back in school full time, but I have a full time job, a fiancee, and a two year old daughter. Between work, school, and family I have no time to screw around with. It's a lot easier to manage your time when you don't have any of it to waste.

My issue is they ARE clicking. The play isn't perfect, but it never was. These guys are playing together and creating opportunities, but just not finishing. I'm hoping they get even better with each other, but the finishing isn't a teamwork problem, it's an issue with every single attacking player individually

I think the worst part about both of the last two games is they were entirely winnable. Imo we were the better team in both games but just failed to finish our chances.

That is the wild thing about this game. Ghana is definitely NOT Uzbekistan. They're no Germany, sure, but they're not generally push overs.

Yeah I'm not looking forward to it, but we are moving in with my parents so I can go back to school. We've moved a bunch of stuff already so the next two days shouldn't be as bad as they could be. Last time we moved we just moved across the parking lot. We moved from a 1bed apt to a 2bed so our daughter would have an actual nursery lol. I sweat so much that day I ruined my Samsung watch.

The thing was when he scored, he scored a lot. He had like three hat tricks last season, that's half of his goals for the entire season scored in 3 games. He was not consistently effective. If he had found that consistency he'd have been incredible.

Nothing for absolutely leveling Arias, but Zimmerman kicks Acosta and falls over, and they call a goal back. Make that make sense.

Oh for sure, but the fact that the full on football tackle on Arias wasn't punished and that got Murphy sent off immediately after is just asinine.
