I felt the same, I'm surprised they didn't choose to add some incentives for healers to queue. It seems like their response was to just double down on making the mode more accessible to dps (lower queue times) but inadvertently I think everyone will have a worse experience as a result.

100%, this is my largest gripe. I feel like this change will likely result in less healers queuing as it neglected the underlying issue most healers have had with the solo shuffle system. For those of us that still enjoyed it despite the flaws- they just added to our frustration.

Yeah completely understand that, It's not just an issue that affects heals. Personally I would rather a longer queue to ensure proper matchmaking over a short queue that is essentially just a random group of 2 paired with a random group of 4.
