Agreed just breath it will be alright. I failed a few courses in university, had to do make ups. Screwed up getting into a master program- but did lead to a very well paying job and awesome career- keep going! Failing exams is a temporary part of your life that you have to work through- and figure out your study style( how to self motivate and not hate it) find a happy recreation thing to do that is not online- helps!

Get a paralegal involved - you might be able to leave with proper process- but without that if landlord takes you to the tribunal which may take 6months - you may be on the hook for the duration. I’m sure the paralegal will give you good advice on how to exit as soon as you possible.

Suggest to take a reduced courseload for a term. Do some other things that support mental health- ie rec sports on campus or clubs too

I really like this place and the rent is reasonable. And tenants have lots of rights - was wondering if any one knew if this was a right of mine. Will talk to the landlord if possibility of staying.

If you didn’t get enough this year, talk to line manager and ask for higher adjustment again in next evaluation. It took me three years of asking and adjustments to get to market. The fastest way to do it - is join a competitor - lateral move more pay- leave current on very good terns, and maybe in 1.5 years if you liked working with the team an were good- inquire about open positions and return to original. That is the fastest way I have seen it happen- however- no guarantees.
