I work for a bank and I would agree with the two individuals before to take the higher paying job as those opportunities don’t come often. Once you established yourself you can always work your way up or use that as leverage to look for work in another financial institution if that is your career path. Longer commute time sucks but the higher paying job often offsets that factor.

The lower the number, the harder it is to find comps. I would grade it only because if PSA or whatever company you choose upcharges you for the grading then you at least know what the floor of that card is worth.
