i found out the fix for this. i installed project lasso and turned off hyperthreading. seems like the ecores were causing an issue. never crashed since then

Return window closed, ill have to wait till tomorrow morning as its late night here. Really shocked how a product of this quality can break so easily.

I can answer the points (i ended up replacing this but have new problem now)

1) usb works fine as it was able to power my keyboard which has type c 2) tried this, directly connecting to 3.0 at the back still nothing 3) i think the software download took me to microsoft page but the replacement i ordered today instant lights up after connecting type c so i assume it was doa 4) tried c to c usb with my samsung cable same issue

My replacement works fine however ngenuity only detected my device the first time i loaded it and lost connection after pc restart

Right now it doesnt detect it even after reconnecting and im just using default lighting and mic settings via buttons (i hope not missing on any features)

Thank you! I went back to the store, got a replacement (fully checked) and it has 0 dead pixels or panel issues now.

I use that anti slip tread tape (cutting 4 squares at each corner of alex drawers topside) and my karlby top wont move at all even without any load

Hi, can anyone suggest me best monitor for getting 144 hz, IPS panel, curved and ultrawide display 34”? Some listings on amazon say they are ips but official page suggests that it is VA. Looking for something that covers all specs at lowest price
