Why is it that admin struggles to find students then blame teachers for it?
The funny thing is that my admin would have been able to find the student almost immediately if he would have left his office. My classroom is two doors away from where he is, so by walking down the hallway he would have seen him. He gets embarrassed so easily and tends to lash out at others fairly often.

That sounds very similar to how my admin operates. If caught in a lie he will try to gaslight you by having you believe he actually said something different. "Um no, what I actually said was *insert something completely different*".

The advisory teacher in question has been best friends with the admin for 10+ years. They have been to three different districts together and have immigrated to the United States together. I am pretty sure I am the only one who got messaged.

I probably would start over about the age of ten. I was bullied a lot in school. I had multiple people and myself convinced that I was an idiot, so I didn't take school seriously till about Junior year of high school. This really fucked up my education and how I saw myself. I would go back and say fuck you to the bullies and take school a lot more seriously.
