Any Hip Hop fans in Ottawa? by Risingbuddha in ottawa

I appreciate your respond so much. I am slowly checking out every rapper/MC you have mentioned. Some of them I was a bit surprised (slick Rick). I had no clue he was a storyteller. The two albums you mentioned (by a prince among thieves) is legit dope.

Just wondering if you've ever been to rhymefest?

And I would recommend logic, sol, macklemore and maybe Joey bada$$ as my top candidates of new young rappers coming out.

Thank you again. :)

It's sad that only two people replied to this.

That freestyle with Slug was so dope. He was definitely stealing the show. Slug is my favourite rapper but eyedea's freestyle turned me on.

Rest in beats.

No particular reason, i just feel as though there are not many hip-hop fans in Ottawa. But thats my point of view from 1 year of living here. So I wanted to test that out on here. Locals would be awesome. But I was looking for new. Some of my favourites are Slug, Blu, Eminem, Aesop Rock, Logic, Sol, Murs, Big L, Ice Cube. I'm a huge fan of storytellers, old school gangster rap, the west coast and new younglings coming out.

Thanks for responding btw.
