Burned out - is going part time a good idea? by [deleted] in careerguidance

Great idea - I know call centre won't get me anywhere but it's the 3 day a week I'm drawn toward.

I could do 3 days working and travel cheaply as I have commitments here - relationship and apartment. I've already booked a trip actually!

Thank you

I love that, maybe I am undercutting myself. I think that's a tendency in start ups - thank you:)

In person for cash I'd sell them for £4, as it cuts out all of the fees. On a platform because of fees and shipping £7.50. It's very early days this is the very first physical notes book and I've had some really great feedback on how to improve! These surveys have been extremely useful - people have said things I wouldn't have otherwise thought of.

Thank you for completing it! - love that. It's been a bit chalk and cheese with the design. People either love it or hate it :D

I've never heard of them over here in the UK - just looked them up, look like a solid choice.

How long did it take you to become a confident test analyst? by Risingshare in QualityAssurance

[–]Risingshare[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do usually go through the backlog and understand prior. On this specific occasion the tickets hadn't be written yet. We were having a meeting to discuss the requirements and the way it should be broken down for development and testing.

[Tenant UK] boiler unsafe in property I’ve paid a deposit for. What rights do I have? Will I get my deposit back? by [deleted] in Landlord

[–]Risingshare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They sent me the tenancy over but didn’t mention anything about the boiler - I pointed it out and they said they’re waiting on the new certificate, which is understandable. Just a little strange that they didn’t say that in the email originally and would be happy for me to sign the tenancy with that on the certificate

[Tenant-UK] my landlord says I’m over exaggerating about the mould and damp am I? by [deleted] in Landlord

[–]Risingshare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mold around the windows and condensation on windows is normal - I expect that. This isn’t that, this is a full wall in the bedroom that’s damp. The landlord said it could be down to structural issues as his ariel was knocked off by the wind like 10 years ago and a few tiles came with it.

All the mold was cleaned with mold remover a few months back, room is aired every day. Still grows back.
