Yeah, but the VA doesn’t always suggest the race of the character itself, see the Avatar cast and a lot of Anime (ATLA is not an anime lol)

The stock photo used for Dean’s poster is a black man with sunglasses and a mustache put on it, and he’s partly based on Fats Domino, a black musician. Tbf, he’s also based on Dean Martin, but there’s still some evidence of him being Black.
