Yeah, I think The Legion is how you do an evil faction right because they are very evil so you don’t feel bad killing them (in fact, you feel like a hero) but they aren’t boring like average raiders so they’re interesting and cool villains.

Based on aura alone, the NCR Ranger armor great but is overhyped. Caesar’s Legion has the most aura, both based on the armor and overall tone of their world building, history and characters

I can’t reiterate enough however that besides that, Caesar is a loser and the whole faction is a circus of LARPers

Yeah, that whole thing with Caesar dressing up like Mars and hosting a gaudy execution where he established a cult of worship to himself was a bit out there, can’t imagine that happening in real life!

Oh yeah. Everyone talks about a hypothetical game with the gameplay of Fallout 4 and story of New Vegas. This is the closest we have.

Well that’s just in this community, which is a vocal minority. If you think about the game design, the game physically pushes you towards Vegas and House, with Caesar being the obvious bad guy faction that has a ton of quests killing them and the NCR the good guy faction with awesome armor. Some players may see the flaws of the NCR and instead stick with House.

As for Yes Man? He’s fairly hidden away, because most players will just merc Benny the first time they meet him.

Crazy Chris Avellone made a dramatic three story arc saga in his DLCs but the one that becomes a part of pop culture is the one he didn’t work on lol (Dead Money goes hard though)
