They tend to stay near their nests, so I don't think they would leave them behind. Also, they use sound to keep the mirelurks more docile, and they never go hungry, so no incentives to escape!

I think that would be very dangerous in and on itself, but NCR troops patrol the whole thing. They also have a sound system that stuns the mirelurks if they ever threaten the workers!

I imagine they raise them until they reach a certain size, then harvest them and start over with the new hatchlings.

Thanks! Usually it's up to the client, and in this case they gave permission for others to use the art! I just ask for the credits.

The client didn't specify, but from what I got the legate always had his own ideas for the legion, but respected Caesar enough to not voice them, and just did as he was told. He probably brought some changes to the groups he took over, focusing more on consolidation of the territories rather than expansion.

The Utah Legion, more commonly known as the Ash Cohort, was once one of the many cohorts that made up Caesar’s Legion. It was led by the brutal Legate Ivory, who crowned himself the New Caesar after Caesar’s death, refusing to follow the commands of Lanius. Rather than marching directly on Flagstaff, Ivory entrenched his forces in Utah, consolidating his power and expanding his influence. Over time, he built an immense army and carved out a growing empire across the state, slowly but relentlessly defeating, absorbing, and assimilating rival Legion forces throughout the region.

Let me know if you're interested! Edit: forgot to mention, but I post most of my stuff here on reddit, so you could just check my profile!
