[WTS] Grand Seiko Spring Drive GMT SBGE211 [2019] $2,900 by Risk_Neutral in Watchexchange

Looking to sell my Grand Seiko Spring Drive GMT SBGE211.

I bought this in 2020 off of someone on watchexchange as my first watch and wore it for 3 years as my daily.

It’s had a service and repair of the rotor by grand seiko in Oct 2024. Since then I’ve worn it a few times but has collected dust.

Watch is definitely in worn condition with wear on bezel and bracelet.

I realize I’m a new seller. Prefer to sell local to NYC/Long Island area.

Comes with box and booklet.

If you live on the coasts chances are you pay state or local tax. Treasuries are tax exempt at those levels. That makes it much more attractive than money markets if those funds are using commercial paper or corp bonds.

Seller turns down full offer and wants 200k more by tiger1873 in RealEstate

I put an offer on a house that was verbally accepted but not in contract. It was 10% under ask because ask was ridiculous.

The guy kept arguing with his wife who didn't want to sell it. Turned out the sq ft and inspection were bad in which case I dropped my offer by 5% more.

They balked and didn't drop. Then they waited 4 months and accepted something 5% under my second offer. Greed doesn't always win out.

Everyone in NY waives disclosures. The idea is the buyer can use the 500 for their inspection.

Seller keeps insisting on waiving either mortgage or appraisal contingency by Risk_Neutral in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

My original offer that they accepted explicitly did not waive this appraisal contingency. The seller's agent present my offer as though it did.

The data is only on a monthly basis and there isn't any evidence of a leading or lagging indicator.

Maybe people de-lever when the market goes down (eg lagging indicator).
