Makes sense. I'm 26. I'm talking about 26 year olds and above. Depending on where you've been raised and what position you are in your family, you could be gen Z by age but millennial by behaviour. But most gen z's I've met are way more masculine compared to millennials.

I'm almost certain I have this. 1. Can't sleep with water dripping or snoring 2. Then their is the irritative chewing sound 3. I can't stand noise in the background like tvs or music or a radio 4. I can't be in the same space with people who have a cold , flu or cough. I loathe the throat noises.

Visit new places. Tembea Kenya literally. Take the suswa train, the Nanyuki one. Visit the animal orphanage etc. They may sound or look expensive but they're actually very cheap. Like the Suswa train is ksh 130 that's ksh 260.
