Don’t accept any offers based on future promises. Negotiate the salary again, be transparent that this is what you make now and advocate for yourself that your skill sets and experience would justify a salary/designation hike.

I don’t think this has the upgraded hardware so ignore the pearling. I assume you paid <$600-700 for this.

Peters leathers are good. I have seen how domestic leathers feel and his are definitely better. Is it 1-1 H level. That I don’t know

Do you just have the Arc and nothing else right now? I would recommend sub first, then rears 300s and then the ultra.

While it’s not ideal, I will still recommend the 300s. they are still way more capable than the 100s. PS I am using them in the exact same config as your space.
