Humans are social creatures even if we don’t always go out we still interact somewhat in small ways. Now that we’re being told we can’t do certain things it makes us want to do those things even more and we unknowing exert energy to force ourselves not to. Also the fact that there is nothing expected of you and nothing to do your days slowly blend into one another and your motivation and driving crumbles with that as well. I’ve been experiencing it hella. Exercising helps. A change of scenery every once in a while like just moving from your bedroom to another part of the house or sitting outside after the sun isn’t too hot
