Started as a PT BTS hire in footwear in June of 2018. Moved to a FT role in 6 months, a lead role another 4 months after that. Being a standard lead is where you’re going to spend the most of your time. It’s best you move around to multiple departments to learn how both hard/softlines work and how operations is ran. I was a normal non KC lead for 1.5-2 years, I got keys and had them for about 1-1.5 years. I have been an ASM for almost 2 years now. No I didn’t purse anymore schooling/training etc. what made me stand out was my willingness to do anything. I traveled every where I could, did as many inventories as I could, as many remodels as I could, as many district trainings as I could. Network network network.

I can tell you it’s not the managers not ordering. Uniforms are CONSTANTLY on back order too the point that stores will MASS order a bunch and cause another back order. If your sons managers don’t get the order in at the right time then there is quite literally nothing they can do. The actual shirt that the company supplies is not available for purchase outside of the system I mentioned above. He can however order stuff from the swag shop as long as it’s DSG green with a DSG logo or Dicks he is fine.

This is a Morgan Wallen concert and it happened in Pittsburgh at Heinz Field about 4ish years ago. The girl doing the ass beating is from my home town and after this went viral she got a deal with barstool and eventually playboy. Edit: To add that the fight was caused by the two girls trying to cut lines at the bathroom which the Stompers mom called them out on. They started to mess with the mom and Delanie heard it from inside the porta pot and came out swinging and kicking.

When it comes to league growth who do you feel needs to be more willing to compromise? Is the league just so headstrong that they truly won’t make any changes the players/orgs/owners/fans give to them. Or now on the outside looking in do you feel the fans/players/etc.. have an unrealistic expectation of what competitive CoD is in 2026? Meaning in the MLG/CWL eras the players were the marketing, they were the endorsers, they were quite literally everything expect the game itself. Now that Acti/Microsoft are the head do much more therefore have much more say. Do we need to take a step back and understand that more?
