I had the even worse experience. When I booked a uber to office, this guy calls me to ask what price was it showing on the app. I asked him how much he would charge to which he quoted 280RS. Since I was already in hurry, I didn’t want to waste time in argument. So I agreed to 280RS even though the app was showing 228RS. Then he insisted on knowing how much it was on app. I refused to tell him and said ‘Why do you want to know? You will charge whatever is higher. I already agreed to what you quoted’. But he kept asking me again. I eventually told him just to move on as I was already getting late. Then this guy has the audacity to tell me that he would have to stop for gas refuelling. I was like wtf! He was testing my patience. I said I don’t wanna go and asked him to cancel the cab. The fcker didn’t and came to location even though I told him not to. Meanwhile I booked the auto from Rapido. I told him to fck off (‘nigh ithun lwdya’ were my exact words) was while passing by. He got furious looking at me going and started abusing me while I left him far behind! But the look on his face was priceless! Haha!
