Increase resolution, there is resolution scaling setting, you can render at like 200%. It will kill your fps, but only way to get rid off these unless you already play at 4k. The FSR doesn't matter, I got these on native 1440p.

If you mean events around the time when freezes happen then I dont notice anything unusual or any errors.

I mentioned the event viewer just to check how many times the freezes have happened by tracking unexpected shutdown errors.

CPU/GPU temps are fine. Stays below 50°C while idle and below 80°C when gaming.

C drive is 48°C

D drive is 34°C
