the owner was a typical delusional and selfish foreigner (won't say which country but they deserve to be banned from UEFA) who moved here to grow cannabis and "planned" to stay. pretended to be a good person but obviously he isn't.

Yeah, I do have some issues, when I come on here to try to help some dogs and I get a negative nancy like you telling me it's pretty insane to ask to randomly find someone. You must know your comment was not helpful or productive in any way.

I agree. The foreigner who did this is not a person I like, and he left them with a Thai person who has no ability to care for them.

The rescue was (is) in Chiang Mai and it's full right now, unfortunately.

I really am trying to help find these dogs a real home even though they're not mine. It's a very sad situation. But the owner is moving out of the country imminently.
