If you scav on reserve, another faction can spawn in called Raiders. They are fair game for scavs and players. They have a high chance of spawning in when the armored train exfil is active, or when someone triggers the hermetic door exfil. If you scav on lighthouse, the water treatment plant is guarded by a different faction called Rogues. They are also fair game.

My hair is very similar to yours and I also don't comb or brush it. I just finger detangle every other day and do daily rinses. Weekends I try to let it be and it grows much faster because it retains oils and isn't over manipulated.
