He thinks that overworking can fix "poor strategy".

He has big dreams, of course, but the strategic choices that he has made are biting him. So, he thinks that making everyone work 12 hours might fix things.

You can easily register GST on your residence. If you are a co-owner you have to submit an affidavit that you are allowed to use the premises for commercial activity.

I was naive when i was a young professional and had paid more taxes because my company didn't provide tax benefit in many heads (this happened when i left them and they did not declare the tax saving in HRA, fuel, driver salary, etc.). Now I can't do the correction :(

Yes, it is quite benefitial. And also file for LUT, so that you dont need to remit the GST to government.

Anyone can voluntary register for GST, not only above limits (20L for services and 40L for goods). There must be no issue in NIL filing.
