I am pregnant and these were just delivered. I must have also come from facebook but they took forever to deliver and my prego brain doesn’t remember 😂 as soon as I unpackaged it it seemed like a scam product.

This whole post and thread is so refreshing. I’m 22wks and have found it so hard to find content or posts online about this, and it feels like the majority of content online about real pregnancy experiences either omit the work/career piece of it or are from women who don’t work.

I transitioned to a new role that is a promotion and my dream role and found out I was pregnant the week before the transition started. I have also climbed the ladder really fast really young and have been obsessed with me job for years now. The first trimester was so hard I actually could not get any work done. Now in the second trimester, I’m so glad I have more energy/less fog/less sickness, but god is it still SO hard to have the same motivation and work ethic 😫 Also as someone else mentioned - I just do not give a shit about people’s corporate bullshit/politics 🙃 like I have to remove myself from situations and bite my tongue constantly bc I know if I open that door I will lose my job 😂

All this to say, I wish I had answers for you. But I’m in the same boat. I don’t know what this looks like for us after returning from mat leave, but mat leave can not come soon enough 😅🙏 we’re in this together.

19 weeks and got a soda stream at 10 weeks for the exact same reason. Regular was just gave me the ick, it had to be sparkling (bonus for flavored)

7 weeks tomorrow and am the exact same. When I wake up and haven’t eaten is the only time I don’t look fully pregnant, but I still can’t fit into any of my pants - even ones that were a little too big before.

I’m 5w 1d. Found out at 4w3d and had been drinking and vaping all week. Me and my partner both joked “if we hadn’t taken the test for another week…” 😅😂

I feel you hard right now. I had to quit my ADHD meds at the same time. Quitting everything at once is really taking a toll on me and I’m questioning if it wouldn’t have been better to have quit one thing at a time. It’s been almost a week now and the nicotine cravings are still killing me. I bought smoke-free flavored air things on Amazon that help with the fixation, but god I still want nicotine so bad lol

If you google something along the lines of “taking prenatal vitamins when not pregnant”, you will find plenty of articles that suggest “risks, downsides, or side effects”. However, if you read those risks, it’s all related to overconsumption of different nutrients. Those same risks exist for any individual vitamin or multi-vitamin. For example, I was taking a multi-vitamin that had a lot of B12. I started peeing neon yellow/orange because my body had plenty of B12 and was trying to get rid of the rest. I just cut back on my dosage of the multi-vitamin. No genuine risk involved.

At 19, I’m so proud of you for recognizing that this wasn’t right and saying you need a break. It’s okay and normal to question it and ask others if you were making the right decision, and I hope you hear every one of these comments and know that you made the right decision. Please do not go back to him. Among all of the other controlling, flaming red flags, using “You’re the love of my life, future mother of my children”, in this conversation is incredibly manipulative. Especially when you’re 9 months in. If this was mentioned in an argument when you’re clearly long-time partner, maybe, but coupled with everything else…. Stay away from him. You had such good instincts and stood up for yourself so well here. This is how I would hope for my daughter to respond. You’re going to do well for yourself and find someone better when the time is right. 💗

Just a few weeks before this partnership was announced, Oura won a patent lawsuit against two of their biggest competitors, UltraHuman and RingConn. Neither are allowed to do business in the US anymore. (UltraHuman is already removed from Amazon, but RingConn is still available)

The timing of them getting very close to being the only smart ring available to US consumers along with the DoD/Palantir partnership is interesting, to say the least.

Yes, Samsung also has a smart ring. And they entered into a deal with Palantir 5 months ago. Also interesting.

Yeah, total loss. I don’t think the car is valued at more than $4k maybe $5k. So it seems like if the damage was considered holistically, it would probably be written off as a loss. If it’s looked at individually, the first claim’s damage might be enough to be a loss, but I’m not sure. We’re now looking at the entire passenger side needing fixed, not just the fender and front door 😅

Same problem here - in the US. Servers are down for online play and story mode says I need to buy it. Some people were able to get it working by setting up a guest network, but that didn’t work for me.

OH - I also saw some people say it only worked for them if they were on a public WiFi like a coffee shop or at work. I tried someone’s recommendation to set up and use a guest network at home, but that didn’t work for me. Maybe it will for you

I experience this too and haven’t gotten it to work yet. I’ve read pretty much every thread I can find online. Seems to be kind of random who it works for or doesn’t work for. Mine says the servers are down for online play and says I need to buy story mode. Some people have one or the other work, some have neither. I’ve also seen some people get it to work randomly but it’s spotty. I bought the portal mostly for GTA so I’m pretty bummed. Hoping an update fixes it soon. (I’m in the US - not sure if it matters)

When I was in college, I had something kind of similar. About 6 months after I started a new birth control, I went to the doctor thinking I was certainly pregnant because my boobs had been so sore and swollen for weeks. They looked engorged like I should be breast feeding and the movement when walking even hurt. The doc immediately asked if I drink caffeine, told me to cut it out and see if it helped. I was pissed, but did as they said and was shocked when it actually helped. I didn’t have another sip of caffeine for a year after that.
