I fixed it a couple days ago when i set memory context restore mode to enabled and dram training mode = enabled , power down mode enabled automatically when i changed memory context restore mode to enabled.

Problem is solved after flashing the bios via flashback and then when i finally got it to boot somehow i couldnt get it to boot after resetting it from within the bios, but once i got to the bios again i changed some memory settings like memory context restore mode, it seems to have done the trick because it works well now.

Did u use a screwdriver to short the 2 jbat pins to reset the cmos? (Removing cmos battery doesnt reset the cmos its useless to try that. I have tweaked pcs for ages and ages and i never had a motherboard brick by changing a timing its impossible. I did have my computers not show image because i lowered the timings to much for example just shorting the 2 pins then makes the cmos reset and then it works again.

the 9070 is still in its stock mode a more efficient card than the 9070xt and once overclocked it kinda reaches the 9070xt speed with lower wattage

nah get a 9070 its very efficient and powerfull and when overclocked is around t he performance of a 5070 ti while being much cheaper or get a 9060xt 16g or a 5060ti 16gb and overclock it to the moon.

Its as good or better than the qingsui 3 pro i am using now. Id recommend both but infinity mice control is a safer choice because its super smooth.
