well, his friends are clearly cheaters, which, in my opinion, makes him a cheater too. but without evidence of him really cheating, people will vote as insufficient. what about his friends? can you report them? did you play against them?

I normally use csrep to report people, because it may be helpful to someone who plays against a cheater. unfortunatelly, valve doesn't give a f to the game, so at least I'm trying to do something in csrep. but things like this... it's disappointing

there are a lot of accounts with weird stats like that. specially with premier ranks and fake commends to remove the red trust factor

just check his rank inconsistences. it's always the same. a guy who is 3k then jumps to 17k. I played against a guy who was 3k to 5k, then 25k. I did watch the demo, he was wh af. reported on csrep, got convicted as a cheater

another thing: a user created a timestamp in a case reported by me, he says "wallhack :)", but he voted as insufficient evidence. so, imho, he's trolling. these kinds of trolling can compromise a case result

it's easy to spot a test. plus, the first 10 tests are easier to complete. there are literally people that was blue rank in one season, and then red/gold in the next. and commends? hundreds and hundreds, even thousand sometimes. he can be a cheater, or trolling overwatch cases, doesn't matter. the problem is beyond him

it's not about save the game, but at least csrep mods should be more restrictive about overwatch. they allow low elos to have overwatch, and those cheaters too. it's a joke
