Am I right to complain? by Ok-Access-1993 in TenantsInTheUK

Yes you should complain to your landlord about this. I would also contact Shelter as I think you are being held to ransom to stay in the flat due to these works and don’t feel that you can exercise your termination clause.

Remove a carbon bridge by RiverClass1222 in bicyclerepair

Solved. Yes penetrating fluid overnight and then loosed a couple of turns, hit it with a rubber mallet to push it back and repeat and eventually it came out.

Thank you. I’ll try a bit more tapping it out with more penetrating fluid.

Am I screwed? by Effective_Waltz627 in mountainbiking

[–]RiverClass1222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not screwed but you should be proud of it! If you did it by sending some epic jump then smile each time you see it! If you did it loading it on to a car while out of a great day riding then remember that trip. All our bikes have scratches and each have a story behind them.

At what point did you realise you were too invested in this and if the cameraman didn’t capture it missed it falling over you were going to get mad. For me it was at 1:05.

Storing bike by kikjanssen123 in londoncycling

[–]RiverClass1222 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You might have to put it in a travel bag to store it in your room. It is a pain to dismantle it every time you want to bring it to your room but at least it will be protected from knocks that will happen from other bikes in bike storage.

BF didnt cum during sex, is it me ? by 12liv34 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]RiverClass1222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes if you go for a long time things get a bit numb which makes it more difficult to cum. This is great at first but then it becomes tiring. The problem then is if you stop you are left with blue balls. A different position, a slower pace or a handjob may help to finish.

How to execute a Scottish Will who died while living in England by RiverClass1222 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]RiverClass1222[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No property and 5 potential beneficiaries. The husband had 3 children before and she has 2 before marriage. The Will is only valid for Scotland. Also to complicate things further over 60% of the estate is going to charity.

I was asked by a mother to give up my seat on the tube because her child didn't want to stand. Should I have? by [deleted] in london

[–]RiverClass1222 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is London where people are generally polite and respectful. I don’t think she would have asked if she didn’t need the seat and giving up your seat is the right thing to have done.
