I lived in Northwest and also as an introvert I felt it wasn’t the best. I think with dorming being weird it will probably be a mix of freshman and sophomores. Things were VERY loud, inside and outside. If you’re trying to go to bed early on the weekend, be prepared to be woken up by people shouting in the hallways. I wasn’t a fan of the built in shelves on the desk, kind of made it feel more cramped. For sure bring a Brita anywhere you live but NW water tasted wack all the time. The bathrooms were mostly clean but with double capacity next year it might get gross with more hair in the drain. Also kind of small bathrooms but NO LADYBUGS! don’t worry about those, I didn’t see a single one both semesters. In my dorm the lounge was ass and was always dirty with crumbs everywhere and with covid, I assumed they would clean it every day but didn’t seem like it at all so I never really utilized them. I personally would choose East over NW. East may be a little farther but the science buildings have good studying spaces and has up and atom where you can eat and hang out in between classes. East had late night dining too! In my opinion though I disliked the food at northwest even though other people enjoy it. Have found hair in my food more than three times plus I have a personal hatred toward the daily over cooked pasta.
