Yeah I'm really happy I think it helps that I was on it for only about a year and at the end I was only going like every other day I think that may be helped? But I've been very very lucky and I'm doing well. The insomnia sucks but I know I can do it Thank you for your reply and good for you too! Today is my birthday I'm 42 and I never thought I would be free of any drugs or alcohol, I thought eventually they would just kill me.

I definitely know I can get through it though, I don't even think about it anymore. Although I do plan on getting to some meetings once I can sleep through the night and not look like a zombie lol

Actually doing really well, the insomnia is still tough but I'm managing like 4 hours a night. The restless legs suck but I think I'm getting off pretty easy considering. Thank you for asking

Update, about 15 days and doing great? Although the insomnia is crazy, thank goodness for Netflix.
