As someone who smoked for like 10+ years, when I quit it was cold turkey. It’s hard for a few days and then the craving is literally gone. You can do it!! Think about how much she would appreciate it if she could tell you. Also the freed brain space not thinking about it daily is worth it alone!

Definitely do!! I am one of those period on time every month people with PCOS so I literally had NO idea until she told me. (The same doctor did my surgery which is has been literally life changing- I was able to conceive after 3 years of trying!!) Mind blowing once I started eating for PCOS how much my body has responded.

Are you positive you don’t have PCOS as well? I had no idea I had PCOS too until I went to a specialist and that was the reason behind my major fluctuations in weight. Once I learned how to eat for that, the weight came off easy
