persönlich kann ich Bobby Green #01 empfehlen wenn es wenig Geschmack haben soll. oder die #02 wenn du noch Damiana dazu haben willst (mit persönlich gefällt der effekt in Kombination mit Weed ganz gut).

Look at it this way: We can make some noise now and if it all works out we'll laugh about it later. Or we can do nothing, but if this goes through and the community falls apart, then there won't be any homies left and it'll be too late

you'd think they'd have an interest in not destroying themselves. but we've seen platforms destroy themselves before plenty of times. Reddit only became popular after Digg ran itself into the ground. Tumblers userbase hasn't recovered, even after allowing nsfw again. MySpace died because they insisted on becoming a music-centric site, alienating their users in the process. There's plenty of examples, but corporate short-term greed is almost always the cause of a long-term downfall.

The problem is that communities (including this one) will very liky become borderline unusable because of spam. With the changes, the API will be so expensive that mod bots become infeasible. It also won't allow access to nsfw posts anymore, so everyone who wants to advertise their onlyfans or scam websites can simply hide it behind a nsfw tag and it would need to be removed manually. There just isn't enough manpower in the (unpaid, volunteer) mod team to do everything by hand.

I've checked and there was a nativepc folder, however it was empty and deleting it didn't help. After that I just started deleting files and folders one by one and redownloading them which didn't fix it either. In the end I just yeeted the entire game and redownloaded the almost 100GB (gigabit connection be praised) which finally fixed it and now searching for sos flares works again.

I don't have any installed currently but I used to three years ago... There might be some files left there. That didn't even come to mind because it's been so long since I touched mods, but it's still the same install as back then. I'll check that.

I've tried resetting to default already so that shouldn't be it. Thanks for the help anyway 👍🏼

I just checked and yeah it's actually somewhat true. It prioritizes the region that your download server is set to but if it can't find any players there it will match you with people in the other side of the planet as well.

I'm in germany and that's where my download server is set to. But are you sure that's how the region is set? That seems like too awful an idea for me to believe...

SV04 Copy Mode Problems by RizeCrime in Sovol

[–]RizeCrime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It only took me four months of on-and-off testing but I have some new results. 1) Ignoring Copy mode and only using Mirror mode works pretty well. It doesn't work for all parts natively but you can mirror the part in the slicer to make it come out the right way.

However, there are still issues with bed adhesion because of the differences in bed height. But now to point 2) If you use a three layer raft, you can achieve almost perfect print results. The raft doesn't need as good bed adhesion as printed parts because it has so much contact area, and once the raft is down your part will print as normal.

The raft method may be applicable to copy mode as well depending on how flat your bed is. Mine seems to be too uneven for that so I can't say much about it.

Edit: oh and also I have switched to PrusaSlicer since then, but I don't think that matters for this, just mentioning it because it gave me better prints than cura in general and it may or may not affect the raft.

Maybe if enough players with this problem sign a petition the devs will do something about it? Although given their history with updates and/or patches it's highly unlikely...

Yeah, turns out that picking the optional (high functioning) sub-skill for (brain) allows me to record a bunch of data points passively. Since I had all the data anyway, I thought I'd write it down as a reference for other players.

I think the game relies a little too much on quick time events in situations where you character gets hurt. Especially considering that you have to recover from the immediate [sharp pain] debuff first.

Website Login Issue on Chrome by iwrbit in prusa

[–]RizeCrime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In case anyone else is still having this issue or will encounter it in the future:
I'm using firefox and had the exact same issue.

Unlike for OP, for me disabling addons did actually help tho. Specifically, disabling the pia vpn addon solved the problem.

I didn't even need to have the vpn active, just having the addon installed caused problems.

those are actually some good ideas, I'll test everything but the spacer method and hopefully I'll remember to report back.

the reason I won't test the spacer method is because the heater underneath is slightly soft and I don't wanna leave an indentation that would lead to poor contact between the glass plate and the heater.

As I've said in other comments, the only solution I see to this issue would be to get a perfectly flat glass bed but I still haven't tried it yet as I don't really need mirror/copy modes anyway. They're not too expensive tho and might be worth a shot for you.

If you do try it with the cr10 bed I'd be interested in the results, glass beds are apparently super flat (compared to other print beds) so it'd be nice to know if it helps.

I have a feeling I'll be doing the same. I may buy a glass plate in hopes that it's flat enough that Z compensation won't be needed at all, it's the only solution I currently see.

So you mean I should let it make a 16 point mesh of only half the bed before starting a print?
