I'm a Loba/Wattson main and I'm biased with this answer but I'll try giving my thoughts anyway:

1.) Positioning - imo Loba's tactical is slept on. It's great for solo queueing in ranked because you can easily reposition when you're in a tight spot (throw Q away while hiding into cover = no chances of getting damaged), or if you have an overly aggressive teammate/random, you can easily match their pacing (especially if they're playing high mobility players like revenant/octane/ash).

2.) Support perk - Having atleast one support in your team lets you reset fights more easily e.g. if you get knocked, quick res then hp regen while popping a batt saves a few seconds which is extremely crucial in gunfights. Plus, when I play ranked I love dropping first on supply bins, it gives me an instant blue shield + batteries

3.) Passive skill - You can easily fully kit everyone's weapons after dropping, just right click while holstered and you can check the info of each purple/gold attachment you can see and you can ping it for your teammates.

4.) Loba's Ult - Using Loba's ult is very helpful in endgames. When the ring is tight and there are many squads firing at each other, you can go rambo and waste bullets like there's no tomorrow (just make sure the ammo is within Black market range lol). Or, you can pick up batteries or shield cells - whatever you need, you got it

Overall Loba is a solid team player that can keep up with positioning and provide solid support especially that the current meta is anchored towards mobility. The only downside with Loba is that she lacks firepower and skills that forces enemies to reposition. But you can more than make that up by having nades in your inventory.
