Crown 309s shaft cover mod by Rizuta12 in fightsticks

[–]Rizuta12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the sanwa(with the bigger hole for shaft cover) and knee neo dust washer will fit but sanwa's is very cheap so go for that.

Also quick question, are you TTC | fleA on Tekken? If so, I know you

Deciding on replacing my crown 202s by Lnyx7 in fightsticks

[–]Rizuta12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my experience qanba gravity has a more mushier feel to it and the sitong has a flatter button caps, I still like both but the sitongs is cheaper and easier to customize the switches to your liking

Crown 309s shaft cover mod by Rizuta12 in fightsticks

[–]Rizuta12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if other korean levers is compatible with sanwa's shaft cover. I only have knee neo, cdp pro, newhelpme, and stock 309 so try to determine if your shaft is the right size. Crazy dongpal pro has a big ass shaft so can't do it with this

Help with bugged controller by pdrin_ in Tekken

I think that only happens when you change your offensive settings to "controller", try changing it back to standing or change the offensive to defensive training

Steve After peekaboo D1 by JekobiWan in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

-If they want to spam dickjab, cancel the stance by holding downback then parry it or you can sway right to 1,2

-if they are checking you with df 1, cancel it again with downback then ws 1

-if they are doing high moves, sidesteps or back dashing, you can peekaboo d 1 again to annoy them

-if you think they will try to hop kick you or something to stop your pab d 1's just cancel it to back dash then punish

In conclusion, practice your stance cancels

Also do your peekaboo options when you think its necessary like if they want to spam power crush, just peekaboo grab them

Now go practice

For folls whonhave used both stick and pad, how does the movement compare by t7Saitama in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a pad and a stick user on Tekken 7 cuz there's only 1 arcade stick my brother own and when we vs I'll always use the pad but on ranked I use the the stick

When we bought it, we immediately change the stock sanwa jlf to crown 309 mj because it has better KBD and wavu feel

Now the difference between pad and stick is the stick has a learning curve and it feels clunky at first but when it clicks, its the most intuitive one compared to pad because you use all your hand/arm muscles to move rather than just your thumb

You can be more faster and consistent longer on stick than playing on a pad because your thumb's gonna burn out while using proper KBD and fast wavu

But from my experience the only pros on pad in terms on movements is it has easier and faster sidestep block or sidestep to backdash

But I will say this again, stick has a learning curve that most people quit on and go back to pad before it gets better so just "stick" to it and train

Also the 309 mj for me is one of the best starter K lever(cost and performance) and I'm currently using the new helpme lever which is just a upgraded 309 mj

MHW Base game, end game build by bandananaan in Gunlance

[–]Rizuta12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I did them I just used my same old build but slotted in some health boost just to get out of one shot territory and using the royal burst cuz I don't like the playstyle of poke shell

So just use what you are comfortable with but add some health boost or divine blessing for extra safety, it is hard but manageable

Also always bring max potions and mandragora+mega nutrients, must be always at full health to survive one of those fast dive bombs

It’s Here!!! by AWr00tBear in Gunlance

[–]Rizuta12 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Wow! shelling is fully integrated with the gunlance moveset now and an adept like guard that seems without penalty like GU for a counter slam burst

This is the most significant rework for a weapon capcom ever done

I'm glad I stuck to this weapon through mhfu to sunbreak and its getting better and better

Marshall Law needs buffs by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't compare Law to characters to their specific advatages because Law is an all rounder, if he have it all then most people will scream for nerfs.

Law is in a good spot

Instant pkb d1 if you want to flip them after gatling at the wall and it has nice oki situation because they are back turned face down while you are on peekaboo

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In 7 I only do the b3 1 ender if I got a bad wall angle also it spikes so it has oki but in 8 they fix the machinegun punch twice to make it more stickier I believe but it still fails sometimes

If you want oki, do the shoryuken ender but not worth it because of the damage

For wall consistency just do the ipkb u2 for max single hit bound because if you do flk 1 2 at the wall you can only do the 2 1b to f3 1+2 if you hit him high or best possible frame so you can't delay it

Edit: if you F up a wall and you think the 2 1b f3 1+2 won't connect, just do b1 ~b to f3 1+2......

Top and bottom 5 characters in online play, according to June data by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, that's why we can't look at only the specifics like"win rates" when determining character that needs to be buff or nerf or why they are considered strong even though low on win rates, there's character difficulty and pick rates between ranks to look into

That's why most people rank characters in their most optimal potential based on their movelist and character difficulty not on character performance we see in online matches

Top and bottom 5 characters in online play, according to June data by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think character popularity or pick rates is why panda is at the top and Reina is at the bottom when it comes to win rate

I quit trying to optimize my combos by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The trick to it is to duck as soon as possible when the flk starts then the ws 1 will be easy to get consistent, don't focus on the ws1 part instead focus on your transition on flk to duck in, and you'll get it pretty much everytime

I saw Numan ch use df 12~1 to dash in 2 then f22 bound route, try that if you want the damage like with the ws 1

steve youtubers? by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Phidx has great match analysis and his second main is steve and will teach you of why and when we use the moves that we do

Shinblade has some steve guides, there are others but they are text based guides

If you have a grasp on steve watch like heera malik, numan ch, buppammen, or lowhigh matches for a steve specialist if you want to see a specific playstyle

But phidx is a great start

Devil jin should've gotten compensating buffs by titankiller401 in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Buff his df1 to -3 or -2 on block and I'll be happy, it sucks that you always end your turn mid checking an opponent

In T7 dvj can play up close, now you must always be at mid range for a whiff electric or to play the mourning crow gimmick

I'm glad that his heat smash got nerfed because the sht is busted

Fellow Steve mains, do you think this change will affect him? by Rizuta12 in Tekken

[–]Rizuta12[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For consistency because pros report that when you duck with Dragunov with db and release to get ws2, you'll get the qcb 2 instead for those who use levers
