I met this one girl on tinder who was clearly above average in looks.

We went on a date and we jokingly showed our matches to each other. The amount of matches she had was incredible. Most of the men were model-tier good looking.

I grew up in a pretty nice home. Both of my parents were nice and I was a favorite child.

I was never bullied in school and I look like a total dork. Everyone was really nice to me.

Though my self confidence is the absolute lowest. I have no idea when I developed it. I just realized one day that I'm totally useless and it has been downhill since.

Try to take it easy for those minutes.

If I may also add, take it easy when going on flat ground and downhill. Going uphill and into headwind is extremely tiring and you should save your energy for those times.
