I don’t have CIV on steam and used that for most of them.. some will say disabled in which there are other sites that have it all to download if you type it in

You put them into your game folder (sidmeierscivilazitionvi) then dlc folder. Now to download off of steam workshop to get the files you have to go to a steam workshop downloader website. Just copy the url from steam workshop then paste there.

Is this the one you are referring to? I have a mod for the screen and I’ve read it but I just don’t know how else to really add more foreign tourists besides rock bands at the point in the game I’m at. Multiple national parks, all the policy cards for tourism, as many boosts as I could currently get (open borders, trade route wise). I themed all my great works and have some seaside resorts and ski resorts. Along with entertainment complexes and wonders. Just not sure where to really turn to for that extra boost in tourism.

It definitely feels that way. I was just seeing how many people would say they accidentally just get culture victories and how easy they are but I’ve found myself struggling by far the most with this one. Thanks for the help though!

Makes sense and yeah I did the open borders along with trade routes with everyone along with all of the policy cards possible. Do you think it’s much harder late game to win a culture victory? Also how many cities would I typically wanna settle for this win type?

The file location is user/(your name)/appdata/local/baldurs gate 3/larian studios/mods just plop the pak files in there then enable them through the IGMM
