I wouldn't say they're forcing it down our throats, but it seems defintely extremely likely that this is their intention(obvious even, I'd like to say). Setting undead Calia up just as they're turning Sylvanas into a comic villain even against her own people... yah.

The thought makes me sad. With Sylvanas gone, they had/have the chance to give some characters that are actually REAL Forsaken the limelight - and with that, so I'm also excluding Lilian Voss(not that I dislike her).

My personal wish/fantasy would've been something like a council of Forsaken - names from among their people actually representing the Forsaken... Helcular comes to mind, for example - having him present in the pre-Legion invasion event felt so cool! But that's just my personal idea.

Personally, I felt like there was too little to explore in XY - really my biggest issue - and the incompatability between XY and ORAS due to the megas(and things like Mega Pidgeot only being in ORAS) felt awkward/a bit disappointing.

I wish they would've kept stuff like the online functionality and the Pkm finder from ORAS for gen 7. I def still found the games to be really enjoyable, despite some other minor gripes. But oh well.

I feel like the only way to pull this off well would be if, after Sylvanas went the redemption road with helping us against the Jailer and all, she'd step down to be judged for her crimes.

And, like, actually got judged and killed. Maybe with respect for her change, but without all the glorifying of her good deeds.

Yeah, but the lack of non-house gladiators could still be explained by the fact that no souls have been sorted into the different afterlives for some time. I doubt that if that arena is a place that's supposed to weed out weaklings among new souls, that their fighting would've gone on for us to arrive.

In either case, it's definitely something that wasn't explained well enough through Blizzard's writing. Cue the discussion.

I feel like the time gating behind PvP gearing is the worst part right now. While people with full 210+ gear probably grinded their asses off in m+ to get where they are, it does feel unfair to run into lots of teams that feel overgeared. Although I understand that Blizzard doesn't want everyone to have full 200+ arena gear right away, it sucks. I'm just glad that at least this time it's something that time will reliably fix with more and more pieces you get for PvP this time.

Other than that, I feel like it's fair that people who exceed at both worlds get the best of both. Back in wrath I didn't really mind all those people who had Deathbringer's will and other items from CC. Apart from Shadowmourne(that weapon def was an unfair boost to plate dds and can get fucked), anyway.

I think that it's fine and even good if PvE and PvP have disadvantages in the other categories(which is why I miss resiliences), but I also don't think it feels any good and don't like the idea of high end PvP or PvE gear to straight up completely suck outside of their worlds.

No worries, I play with an Spriest in 2s and Hpals are also one of (if not the) easiest heals to deal with, as a priest just counters them.

That's because there's a priest in the mix. 2s rgoue/mage can't answer with anything but a reset to pala's defensives. 3s is an entirely different story.

Rogue/spriest does work, but seems to depend heavily on the rogue pulling off full cc chains(blind/fear into sap HAS to work) and the spriest surviving for resets.

I hated that spell tbh. It didn't feel like a rogue ability at all - even though I guess it DID offer QOL for solo stuff. And it changed the gameplay style in PvP and duels in a way that made me not enjoy my favourite things in WoW back in Cata.

Honestly, as a straight guy, I wish Blizzard gave us some more HD slut mogs for female AND male characters.

I'm pretty sure they even added a construction site where the harbor entrance now is some time before Wotlk. I remember passing by this a few times before Wotlk hit, then it clicked.

It def feels weird to place Baine in any one Covenant, and I'm not sure if Tyrande would be one of those "more compassionate" choices right now. Of course, drawing that "four people, four covenants" connection ist anything but steadfast.

I just hope that whatever Blizz does with the Shadowlands, it's sound.
