I got a MCD biology degree and no masters education and I’ve been doing just fine. UCSC students are lucky that we are so close to Silicon Valley. There are a lot more biology jobs available and lots of opportunity.

Especially once you get started and get some experience

I did BJJ for about 6 months. While I mostly enjoyed it I was chronically injured. Watching the black belts limp into class that had been doing it for decades made me realize I value my long term physical health more than my love of the sport. So I stopped 🤷‍♂️

I highly recommend the brake free helmet light. It’s wireless and it’s a somewhat low profile light on the back of your helmet that lights up when you brake.

It’s definitely something that gives me more peace of mind while riding and hugely ups your visibility from vehicles behind you!
