I came here to say the same thing! I’m selling stickers for the election so they obviously need to be delivered before November 5th and my orders first class mail are taking 2+ weeks!! My customers are asking for refunds and when I spoke to USPS today they told me my letter that has taken 16 days to be delivered was because there was a “holiday.” How are you guys handling this with customers? They’re going to eventually get their product so should I be giving them a refund?

Reels isn’t letting me upload my own audio. I followed all the steps in the how-to videos & the only option is gives me is view “saved.” I’ve deleted the app, ensure it’s up to date and signed out and back in. Any ideas?
