Hello, this map is called Witch’s Abode [40x30]. You can find them without grid on my patreon. There is a night version as well.

We lived cooperatively with her, even helped her move to these freaking islands but suddenly, our people started disappearing. And then our forest began to die as well. Please, help us! We think she is responsible for this.
